Old-6 Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, signing in to, or continuing to use Old-6, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the services.

Old-6 provides services including, but not limited to, store presentation, idea browsing and publishing, social interaction, account services, selected subscription and premium features, and local-life related online services.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service based on business development, technical constraints, or legal requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete, lawful, and current registration information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification methods, and devices.

Any risks, losses, or disputes resulting from failure to protect your credentials are generally your responsibility.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringing nature of any content you publish, upload, comment on, share, or otherwise submit.

You may not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, spammy, manipulative, or otherwise disruptive conduct.

We may remove content, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, terminate services, or cooperate with regulators when content or behavior violates platform rules or legal requirements.

Stores, products, services, promotions, bookings, events, and other commercial information shown on the platform may be provided by third-party merchants who remain responsible for them.

Unless required otherwise by law, the platform is not generally the direct contracting party to offline or separate transactions between you and a store.

Some features may require payment, subscription, or verification through third-party payment channels. Prices, billing periods, entitlements, and refund rules are governed by the relevant purchase interface, product page, and applicable channel rules.

You understand that Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, and other payment providers may apply their own policies regarding billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

The Old-6 platform and its interface, design, branding, technical implementation, data structures, text, images, audiovisual material, and other protected content are owned by the platform or the relevant rights holders.

Without explicit authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse platform content or technical assets.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliability, security, and continuity, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose.

For losses arising from network failures, third-party service outages, force majeure, user actions, device conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, upgrade, interrupt, restrict, or terminate all or part of the services when necessary, and may take account-level action for security, compliance, risk control, or operational reasons.

If you seriously violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court.
